About the position:
GRAPHISOFT's Hungarian Direct Sales Teamis looking for a Technical Support Engineer Trainee to join their team. The Team primarily focuses on services towards GRAPHISOFT’s reseller channel, such as providing support for Archicad.
Core Responsibilities:
Investigate an d solve Archicad, BIMx and BIMcloudand Nemetschek products (Solibri, Bluebeam) related questions and issues reported by the reseller channel.
•Communicate these questions, issues, and solutions with the reseller channel and with GRAPHISOFT’s Product Development
•Create documentation and online articles for knowledgebase and troubleshooting
•Develop and improve documents, materials, and presentations
•Recording customer and error handling in customer tracking systems.
•Master GS internal support system management.
•Reseller support.
•Proofreading of professional materials.
•Learn about other Nemetschek products (Solibri, Bluebeam) and support system.
Requirements:
•Ongoing studies on architectural field
•Good English skills -written and verbal
•At least intermediate level Archicad skills
•Customer oriented way of thinking
•20h+ per week availability
Desired Skills:
•Interest in technology -computer networking
•Previous internship at architectural firms
