Awards on the Municipality Day of the City of Pécs
A ceremonial assembly was held in the Concert Hall of the Kodály Centre on the Municipality Day of the City of Pécs. Awards and recognitions were presented at the event.
Dr. Tibor Ferenc Kukai, retired associate professor of our Faculty, former Vice-Dean for General Affairs, and current managing director of Politechnika Ltd., was granted the Pro Communitate Award in recognition of his decades of fruitful academic and educational activities and his outstanding contribution to the aesthetic shaping of the cityscape.
Marcel Breuer Prize - the Prize of the City of Pécs in the Field of Technology - was presented to Dr. Ferenc Metzing, retired associate professor of our Faculty, in recognition of his dedicated work in the fields of technology, architecture, and education in the city of Pécs.
