Your challenge:
proactively support and maintain our business IT environment towards a 99,9% uptime for our customers globally 365 days a year.
support and innovate our current suite of operational business tools used 24/7 by our operations team.
keep our colleagues happy with your support on our office IT infrastructure.
Can you deliver the goods?
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining and improving the overall availability and performance of the production infrastructure, business applications, hosted systems, and test environments,
Innovation and implementation of application-level monitoring in our production environment,
IT coverage for both the IT infrastructure and applications in our 24/7/365 environment,
Isolate and resolve system and application issues and implementation of structural improvements to the IT environment coming from the root cause analysis,
Coordinate the change management process, supporting projects related to innovative technology changes,
Supporting our office environment and its users,
bring new ideas for our architectural and implementation strategy for our business applications,
Maintain a relationship with our partners and suppliers to understand new developments and changes enabling you to timely support our business challenges.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, alternatively related experience ideally in an enterprise class IT environment-
Professional certifications are advantageous,-
Strong technical understanding and experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services,Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, networking infrastructure, cloud technology andSAN storage,-
Drive to monitor, update and maintain a 24/7 business critical application environment and limit downtime,-
The ability to work effectively in a small team and being comfortable in a fast-paced environment,-
Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
